Day 1- Disruptors Day at K&D Landscaping We're opening the doors of the shop, including our newly expanded office, and showing you how it actually runs. The systems, the people, the wins, and the lessons we learned the hard way. After the tour, we'll sit down for a working mastermind where you bring the challenges and the room brings the answers. Mastermind: Midday A working session over lunch. Bring a real challenge; leave with peer-tested answers from operators in the room. Claud AI Build Session: Have a working session K&D's Tech and Innovation Lead: Sean Laux and take an customized AI agent home!
